[dsn_klr650] klr stumble

I think you're onto something - this happens to me occasionally, and only when I run real low. If the air inside the tank is warm, as on the warm day that you describe, and then is cooled, ie by the air while riding, there may be a slight vaccuum created as the breather valve cannot keep up with the pressure change in the tank, which then affects the fuel flow. If this is true, it would be the opposite of what you thought - too little pressure in the tank, rather than too much, for that point in time. If so, then simply cracking the tank would fix the problem instantaneously, but would occur again as soon as the breather could not keep up with the pressure change. This would only occur when the volume of the air in the tank is maximised ie on reserve, which seems in keeping with my experiences.
