As long as the bike doesn't knock or ping (i.e. fuel octane rating is enough) then a KLR shouldn't care whether the fuel is leaded or not. Jap bikes are designed for unleaded. A bit of lead is a bonus for the exhaust valves but not strictly necessary. Mister_T

Actually I think VW has that market pretty much locked. If they find out I think Kawi might be forced to change the tone-o-da-tweet via litigation.
