You made it sound as though there is nothing north of the
border....everyone in Canada must be holed up in their igloos.
If he is in Vanc. B.C., he should have no problem finding brake pads,
maybe even find a shop open on Sunday...what a concept!
I have always wanted to do the trip to Yukon/Alaska as well. I used
to live in the west, but didn't have my KLR back then. Now I'm in
Toronto, Ontario Canada and am thinking seriously about it. I'm not
sure of the distance but I believe it would be around 9000-10000km or
up to 6000 miles return trip from here.
