[dsn_klr650] kill problem with my a-13

Hi Jim,
The choke cable on my A13 does the same thing, but it hasn't killed the
engine yet. Let us know if you find a good way to secure the cable to the
housing. I've been reluctant to glue the cable to the housing in case I
want to replace the cable at some point.
