cost of pre "95 upgrades

Can anybody tell me what the cost for the upgrades (cam chain tensioner and clutch basket if I remember correctly) was. Parts only. I don't trust nobody no more with my bike(s). I'm looking for KLR #2 for the Missus and want to figure the cost of the upgrades into my decision as to what year at what price. I finally got her on the bike on her own over the weekend and she just keeps grinning and saying "I got it into second!"
