I went and counted the links. 52 The chain is a DID 520v2. Is this the stock chain. I can not find it on the kawasaki parts page? I bought this bike off of someone that I can't get a hold of anymore and these things are starting to creep up. He told me he had all the maintenance done at a shop and i went to the shop and they knew the bike plus his name was on there computer so I know he's telling the truth there. But I read in the archives that the original chain is 106 links. That's a mighty long chain isn't it??? This bike is going to start to nickel and dime me to death but it is all worth it I guess. That's the problem with buying used and not asking all these questions. arghhh!!! Thanks, Van A7 Glad I have this list to be my personnel technical team at least.
