fork to triple clamp bolt torque spec.

When I dumped my A15 the wheel was out of alignment from the handle bars. I though I bent the front shocks. I loosened the 4 bolts that clamp the lower triple clamp to the forks and the wheel snaped back straight. I hope I didn't bend them. I dumped the bike at around 5 mph. I don't have a service manual but would like to torque the bolts back to spec. I don't know if they are left a little lose to alow them to shift incase of a fall to prevent major damage.
