need clutch lever

I dumped my A15 yesterday (65 miles new). It's an intesting story but I don't have time for it now. I bent my clutch lever and when I tried to straighten it out I cracked the part that holds the button on the end of the clutch cable. I can't find it for sale in Dennis Kirk catalog. Does anyone know what other bike the part number cross referances to. The DUALSPORT.ORG web site is down so I cant find Fred's website.
