Yes, I tried ear plugs for the first time last weekend. Why did I resist for so long? I can't believe what a nice difference such a cheap device makes. For those that haven't tried them, pick up a set and try em out. Amazing! Karl PS - When I got back from Colorado last month (without ear plugs, 5,400 kms in 4 days) my ears were ringing for a week afterwards. I can only hope I didn't do too much permanent damage to me ears.
