[dsn_klr650] center stand use

Post by Jim & Shannon Morehead » Fri Aug 11, 2000 3:44 pm

Hi Jim, I recently installed a Dual Star center stand on my A13. I found the thing a little awkward to use at first, but now it's a snap. I grab the handlebar cross brace with my left hand and the "handle" on the luggage rack with my right hand. Then I put my foot on the stand and just rock the bike onto the center stand. I must admit it took me a couple of tries at first, but a little practice helped. BTW, the Dual Star stand fit my bike perfectly. It also seems to be a very high quality piece of equipment and I'm glad I bought it. Chain maintenance is sure a lot easier now. Jim
