[dsn_klr650] slow speed hesitation

it is only necessary if you want to get at the airbox and modify it...you can pull the carb from the rightside by detaching the choke cable at the handlebar, removing the seat and tank, removing all hoses and cables, loosening the boots front and back and bulldogging it out... Kurt
