nklr...virus alert [dsn_klr650] higher wattage bulb

Post by Jim & Shannon Morehead » Wed Aug 02, 2000 4:14 pm

Hi David, I recently bought the "upgrade" of Norton Anti-virus from version 5.X to version 6. This is one of the buggiest pieces of software I've seen in my 25+ years of computer use. What a disappointment from a normally reliable company. They tell me that they KNOW they have a problem with e-mail scanning and are working on a solution. The e-mail scanning was the main reason I bought the "upgrade". Norton writes many appologies and regrets, but we are still stuck with a product that doesn't work as promised. I got a message today that they are now discontinuing LiveAdvisor. As you may know, that is another buggy part of NAV2000. Jim
