Actually, I was thinking of departing a little early (since I'm not even there yet) and I also needed a test message cuz I just pulled up the e-groups website and it said I wasn't a member.......I guess I was just a "prospect".   I've been getting all list mail on my home computer's ISP server.   I wanted to check if it was still sending me at home, leaving the option of using the website, which seems slow and somewhat limited in terms of e-mail script options and other tools, or using my Outlook at home, which seems a little better.   I have wanted to get up to the Highway 40 MC weekend since its inception.  Last year, my old friend and neighbor, Mark Ingalls (Jaws) won the Pavement Hillclimb, riding a Buell.  I was in Sunbeam, at the Stanley Stomp, enjoying some high altitude dual sportin on Loon Creek Road, at the time.  That wasn't bad, either.    Just getting jazzed to get up to the great state of Trailer-sized Potatoes and the Fur-Beearing Trout....new chain is on, new sprockies, new tire, new batt, and even new Daystar gaiters.  Even washed it up a little.  I may even fix that sticky choke before I go.    Maybe I'll see a bear, I did last year.
