It must be the people in Western Pennsylvania. My dealer has a great
service department. They exchanged my shims for free and did warranty work
quickly and correctly. They also gave me a part off of the showroom KLR to
get me on my way once.

i actually have a good dealer report. while riding
from boston to seattle back in may i noticed my clutch
cable was about to snap. it was frayed and had maybe
4 or 5 strands left. i stopped at a dealer in western
pa and they didnt have a clutch cable in stock, yet
they did have a new klr on the floor and they took the
cable off that bike and sold it to me. they were also
very friendly, and apreciated my business.
unfortunatly i dont remeber what town this was in or
the name of the store..sorry...
