[dsn_klr650] there are *some* decent dealers out there nklr

It must be the people in Western Pennsylvania. My dealer has a great service department. They exchanged my shims for free and did warranty work quickly and correctly. They also gave me a part off of the showroom KLR to get me on my way once. My best experiences: Keystone Kawasaki-Yamaha in Duncansville, PA exchanged shims for free. Charlie's Cycle in Limestone, NY let me use their shop & tools and gave me a free bottle of gas drier. A SAAB dealer north of Philadelphia (forgot their name) sold me a tool out of their shop drawer at a 20% discount so I didn't have to wait for one. Mark B2 A2

Naming names: Leeson's Imports in Bridgeport, WV (which is near Western Pennsylvania!) has a good shop with reasonable rates. They aren't getting all my parts I want as fast as I want, but that's to be expected. But they have been topnotch people to work with. I may stick with Kawasaki or Suzuki in the long run just because I like the shop. Ralph Ralph E. Hanson 99 KRL 650 http://www.wvu.edu/~journal2
