[dsn_klr650] frantic battery replacement

this winter about one month after the bike was ridden last, I tried to start
it up and it was dead, so I hooked it to a charger and got it going, then
serviced the battery, topped it up with distilled water and charged it,
after that it was never strong so I kept it hooked to a trickle charger and I
think it dried it out, I used to see a teaspoon full of water under the bike
from time to time.
