Slime makes a series of polyurethane strips for bicycles, meant to fit
between tire and tube to prevent flats. Has anyone tried these (or anything
similar) on their motorycle tires?

130ft-lbs
An interesting little note in my 650A manual says:
"Replace the mageneto flywheel bolt with a new one.
This bolt is required to replace if it has been tightened
once to the specified torque."
Tightening procedure of the magneto flywheel bolt is
the following.
Tighten the magneto flywheel bolt to 120N-m
(12.0 kg-m, 87 ft-lbs) of torque. Do not overtighten it
now.
Loosen the bolt and then tighten again to the same
torque (above).
Finally, tighten the bolt to the specified torque."
I don't know of anyone who has actually replaced the bolt as
per manual spec.
