acerbis rally brush handguards

Hi,
I'd like to know if anyone installed a pair of Acerbis Rally Brush
handguards on the stock handlebars of their KLR. I just ordered a pair of
these and I'm wondering if I'm going to have to do some cutting in order to
get them to fit properly..
