It's raining in central PA today, and I rode. I was surprised to see that I was not the only rider today as there were about 7 bikes in the lot when I arrived late for work today. I'll ride to work in any weather down to 15 degreesF as long as the roads have no big sheets of ice. I'll even ride in 4-5 inches of wet snow. I was surprised to see no other bikes in the garage this morning. Not even the other die hard (not bothered by weather) that rides a great looking Shadow. I totally expected to see the five Harleys that often show up when the temp is above 70 but below 90 and there isn't any rain forecasted for a couple of days (happens about once a summer here in Pittsburgh). I don't mind that they weren't there because I won't have to ride and step around the pools of oil left behind on these few occasions. I am sure the CEOs, Financial analysts, and Lawyers will be rolling in at about 8:30 or so on their Beemers. I hope everyone that wanted to ride in has done so. I road my new 88 to work today, second day in a row. It is also raining today here in southern Indiana. I didn't have much of a choice my car needed repairs. Toby: To be honest, I've seen the TW41 and TW42s on Suzuki bikes in dealer's showrooms and they looked a little too street-oriented to me. This is a completely subjective judgement based totally on appearance. I've been looking for tires which match the OEM Dunlop tread pattern but with longer tread life. Thanks. Bob Kaub
