rear brake pedal adjustment

Has anyone adjusted their rear brake pedal? Mine feels
like it is to low - the angle that I have to depress
the pedal to engage the rear brake feels uncomfortably
low. The owners manual doesn't mention a method to
adjust the engagement angle but I noticed two little
adjustment nuts on the rod connecting to the master
cylinder that should do the trick.
Does anyone know what the correct method is to adjust
this or should I just go with what feels right?
