Nick, Both of the wires are for the "European city lights" and power a small always on running light, probably inside the head light. Yellow/black is connected to ground and brown/white is "hot" when the ignition switch is ON or PARK. Don't hook up any electrical accessories to these wires that draw more than 1-2 amps (12-24 watts), these wires are very small & have limited capacity. Professor A9 Federal Way, Wa.
