Actually , Kurt, this is about average for the KLR and there really isn't much you can do about it. I ballpark my metric speedo at about 10% optomistic (100km/h indicated is about 90-92km/h actual) according to my GPS II+. Incidentally, what kind of mount are you using and do you have any comments on it? Cheers, D. GBG eh14
