Ralph, It is super easy. Take you side racks off (2 hex bolts each) take off both side panels (2 Phillips head screws per side) and take off the seat (2 10mm bolts, one on each side of the seat) John

Yeah, my pro-gels are sticky too, but I don't notice it with gloves on. WD-40??? Don't your grips slip around on the bars? Jeff
