I chose to use the same unit for my trip from LA to Moab for the rally. Here is a picture of my DR650 with the bags attached. I had to have the wifey remove the stitching and then re-stitch with some old jean material to the wet suit like material as the wetsuit material was starting to tear. After she did this for me, the bags held up very well for the trip to Moab.
