Well you are missing out on something great Mark, but I'm playing bachelor
for three weeks while my wife and kids are on vacation.
I miss my wife and kids big time and it's only been 9 days. The other Mark
is filling in nicely with the great action pics of his son. I work on my
bike until 2AM, I have to get up for work at 6AM but I don't have that
extra elbow in the back to help me drag out. I've been late for work every
one of the days that she's been gone. My boss hopes she comes home soon
too.

Your pie analogy reminds me of a Baskin-Robbins (31 Flavors) Joke. Similar
in point.
Why buy the cow when you only need the milk.
Oh yeah, I agree with you not to rush. When I met my wife, I just got out
of a bad relationship with a woman who was not who I wanted to grow old
with. I said that I'd stay a bachelor and enjoy my life and concentrate on
the things that were important to me, until the right person came
along. That lasted all of 2 months, I met Mrs. Dash and just knew. I
didn't know much then, but this I knew. And now I know much more about
myself

(previous post).
Best of luck to you, the right woman will come along and when she does.....
Watch out! Cause there ain't no stopping the frenzy.
