So very sad. Let this be another *red flag*. Motorcycling is a dangerous sport. When accidents happen you (the motorcyclists) lose - always- every time. Regardless of rider skill, you can get killed. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones. Ride safe. Knot

Unfortunately, I am with death too often (ceremonies) and sometimes it becomes another chapter in life to me, but with Dan Rosen recently and now McQuide, it seems personal, the tie? Riding. This will make me think more and ride "further ahead". My prayers are with the families. --- Rev. the two incidents involving our fellow riders has brought a renewed sense of apprehension to my daily commute...could have been my day this morning as I was coming down my favorite hill and started to slow for a left hand turn...the driver stopped at the intersection pulled out and when it was way to late turned back to the right and saw me and acknowledged his error with a shake of his head...if I hadn't slowed I'd have been toast... I suggest you always say a prayer for you and your fellow riders whenever you go for a ride. You need that "extra" layer of protection. Here's an example: Dear Father, I ask for you to watch over me and my fellow riders as we travel from point a to b. Help all other motorists to see me clearly and help me to stay out of their way. Bring me back to my family in one-piece dear God, these things I pray in Jesus name. Our traveling friend Stuart Heaslet has met with the negative end of a robbery in SLC.  He has lost most of his possessions for his excursion to Alaska.  His KLR is fine and Stuart is in as good spirits as could be expected in his situation.  He plans on leaving the "bad end" of Utah as soon as possible continuing his way up north.   Kurt S. and Tim B. will be expecting a visitor soon.   Best wishes Stuart on the rest of your journeys.   Fred
