Yes, and as was already mentioned, the motorcyclist will lose every incident - PERIOD!!! Although accidents happen, do your best to read the traffic, give yourself an out, and especially with the KLR brakes, don't tailgate - give yourself extra room to slow down since the KLR is not going to when your life may depend on it.
