nklr trailers, gorp

I just wanted to make clear that, in my previous note about We Haul Our
Rides Everywhere, I didn't mean to denigrate anyone who uses a trailer.
If I were going on an offroad-only vacation at a distance, I'd want to
trailer the bike so I could keep it fresh for the trail (tires, oil
change, etc.). And I hope to do so someday. I just made the comment
because these guys were going to a street rally, with Gold Wings... I
mean, c'mon!
Anyway, has anyone heard about GORP (Great Outdoor Recreation Pages)? I
was looking for the name of a nat'l forest in CO, and came across this
site. (http://www.gorp.com/) It has potential. There is a trail
search engine that can find trails based on length, difficulty, and type
of activity. However, I guess the trails are entered by site visitors,
so completeness may vary. When I searched California for trails of any
length and difficulty for motorcycles, it had none. (Although that
wouldn't be surprising.) I changed it to "4x4" and only three came up.
But, maybe as time goes on the database will fill up.
