[dsn_klr650] outrunnin' the military

Wooo Hooo, what a visual that leaves us with! Kind of reminds me of
losing the MPs after driving past the CGs house on Fort Riley with open
headers and engine turning 5 grand at 11 PM. Talk about SUV versus
Monte Carlo with a small block, never so glad to see Junction City.
Many twists and turns through housing that night.

Just keep an eye out for base security. They don't care too much for

It can't outrun a radio though, and unlike the CHP the military police
have absolutely no sense of humor.......I've ridden on numerous military
facilities.

Working out at Kirtland AFB for 7 years, I got to know lots of the guards, many of which were bike enthusiasts. They don't mind "locals" riding there as long as you have your badge with you and you don't go into restricted areas. They didn't care too much for the dirt bike guys that would drag their bikes under the fence and ride around.

Sounds more like the eMap and not the eTrex. Two very different
units.
