Thanks for all of the..er...*orginal* ideas. I talked with security at lunch only to discover that the 4Runner belongs to our new CIO. To rub salt in the wound, he wants that spot to be his reserved parking space because it is underneath a beautifully full cottonwood tree. They are going to restripe the lot this weekend and there won't be anymore designated motorcycle parking.
My W650 looked so pretty under that tree... sniff, sniff.
Gino, licking his wounds.

Where the hell do you work where the CIO decides how the parking lot is striped? Seems inverse of typical trends on reserved spots and such.

CIO SCHMOE!!
The nerve of that person. Displacing the troops for his own gain. What
comes around usually hits you in the A$$, or something like that.
Hey run down to Roland's Nursery and pick up a couple of those rapid growth
trees, can't remember which. By this time next year you'll have the best
spot for your new bike. Be sure to get a M/C only area designated.
I heard a story that a M/C owner sued his co. for not having a M/C parking
area and won. The person in charge, that opposed the idea of a M/C only
area subsequently pulled into a space and totalled a bike that was parked
there. Whatta fool. That co. lost big time.

Wow, sounds like the CIO needs to learn respect for others.
Park your bike behind him for a while, locking him in.
If he hits it, he has the money to pay...
Stupid idea, but an idea none the less!

Wow, that is cool. Unfortunately here at my office I
am about the only biker. I have my own special place
under the building, and I park there, then car people
end up blocking my exit by parking their f*%$ing sleds
in front in the red zone, which is supposed to be for
EVA (emerg. veh. access). What is it about car people,
that they think they can hog every bit of space, park
anywhere, and even try to run you over when you split
lanes to the front of the line in traffic? I still
want that multi-directional rocket launcher, it's the
only way i see to make sure justice is done.

OK so you people have finally touched my dark side! Mischief is my life.
Here goes.
1. Large cottonwood tree you said...about 30 feet of chain wrapped around
said tree and truck's rear diff should send a subtle message.
2. Snap off a wooden toothpick in each door lock, tow trip to dealer, not
warranty, customer pay, along with tow bill. Best done on Friday afternoon
precluding any speedy fix presumably incurring additional rental car
expense.
3. Road flare in back seat, oxygen burns up in upholstery fire causing
window glass to implode, things get really exciting after that.
4. Dynamite wired to starter hot lead. Badabing Badaboom
5. Anonymous call to DEA
6. Anonymous call to IRS
7. Anonymous call to FBI concerning missing computer hard drives
8. Anonymous call to local Hell's Angel's chapter about proper respect
9. Never ending stream of pornography delivered to work address.
10. Outcall massage appointments at work
I COULD go on.
Morgan
