Mine have recently started to Howl. I was running a little over 20 Lbs in Moab and did some highway miles in between trails. I did not notice any howling then. When I got back, I bumped the pressure up to about 30. I have noticed a pretty serious howl when riding straight up. Any slight turn and the howl goes away. Maybe the tires re-profiling??? Hopefully nothing more serious. Obviously it is good off road, but I'm thrilled with how well it does on road. It doesn't howl and it grips very well even when pushed hard through the twisties. I'm finding that it is at least as good as the OEM tires on road (little more buzz) and way (WAY!!!) better off road.
