Warming device eh what? Kris Cichon (Mariola's squeeze, remember her?) is convinced missing is caused by HOT air from the radiator hitting the fuel line. He wants to install a COOLING device. Tom, if I recall correctly, lives near Atlanta, no heat there. Kris lives in the middle of Chicago, known for its mild winters. Wonder if location is influencing anyone. Course they both could be right. Bogdan

Hi Frank, Don't email them, Call them... I almost never get to speak with Mike... Busy guy and Jeff... well he's learning his job. But they answer the phone much more often than they answer the emails, so you have to bug them a lot. They have an 800 #, I just don't know what it is. I ordered a Progressive 500/560 and asked them to mount it on a New Stock KLR shock. Well I waited and waited and got conflicting excuses when I called, but nonetheless one arrived one day. There was a question to whether or not a new spacer was needed. It isn't and so it has been learned, thus making future installations speedier (one hopes). You could order the spring from Fred and the Shock from DS. Then go to a local bike shop and pay the hourly rate to install it, or wait it out and have Mike install it for free. Other than that I don't have experience with other rear shocks for the KLR. LaterZ Dash
