Hi Jim,
You must be number one on the list to receive, as I was informed that I was
number two, and that Jim had spoken to you about fixing the problem. I
voiced my concern rather emphatically. I felt as though I was getting
through. I am concerned that you didn't feel that way. I have never had
any bad luck with ST in the past, and I am trusting (probably naively) that
they will provide me with a solution in short order.
He mentioned the oval problem that they were fixing. I re-iterated my
findings from a prior measurement on two separate S-Bends. Not just oval
(which was the lesser of my problem) but also too small, he said that the
re-bulging, would bring then into specification to fit a 1.75" ID canister.
He told me that I would have it shortly but I'll follow up again
tomorrow. I have found that email is not the best way to communicate to
customer service. I recommend that anyone with a small diameter tube
either find a way to bulge it or have it replaced.

LaterZ
