Put a bird house in the tree, preferably as close to overhead the parking spot you can get. Put some bird food/seed in the area also. Especially the hanging kind you can get at the pet store. Use a bird house that will attract the medium to large type birds. After a few weeks this managerial bonehead (sorry to all the good managers out there) will get tired of parking there.
