Les, Hate to be the bearer of bad news but if you've put enough torque on that allen bolt to start the tube/bolt turning, you now have a leak! Unless someone on the list has a better solution, I believe there's no way to retorque that bolt without the special 'T' tool. Trust me, I know!! I'd ask around to see if any listers are in your part of the country or maybe a cycle shop, perhaps someone already has one. I had a friend with a welder make one for me.
