AWE SHUCKS... Thanks Arne.... I just ordered my Mach One. Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me, Ha.... Hell you know the song. Now I want to go home and work on my bike. I'm at the Mo-in-law's house... she loves me, she paid 50% of the jacket. :) I suppose I'll sit and visit for a spell. LaterZ Dash

My 7 yr old son can reach the passenger pegs on the KLR. I took him on his first real dualsport ride in May and he was quite a sport during the 85 mile ride. He was so stoked afterwards, that he begged me to take him again. So, I took him on day two of DurtyDabbers a couple weeks ago for a 100 mile ride. I think as long as your son can reach the pegs and has the enthusiasm, you can take him as a passenger. If you want to have him on his own bike, I'd suggest a hopped up KX60 which he could fit on by age 6 if he's not a small kid and master by age 7. Attached is a pic of my son on his KTM sxr50 taken yesterday. It hauls ass, but has no climbing power. Mark B2 A2
