the best accessory to get is a klr650. then you can hang all sorts of crap on it and leave your 250 light and nimble for some serious dirtplay. if you're really nice to your klr250 and don't beat it up, let me know when you sell it. i'm jonesing hard for a really light little play bike (but i don't want to give up the serious load-carrying and touring and sport-riding ability of my 650). seriously, it's a numbers thing. i think there are alot more 650's out there, at least in the hands of serious tinkerers, so there's a much bigger market for accessory companies. nonetheless, i know tim bernard at happy-trail.com sometimes actually has stuff that's not listed on his website. i got a nice rear rack for my wife's xt225 from him. mw -----Original Message----- From: phasia@... I live near Boulder, CO so the entire Rocky Mountains will be my new playground. I know this is KLR650 specific, but I plan on upgrading to a 650 next year after I back in the swing of things (I use to ride CRs long ago). So my question is where can I find accessories for the KLR250? It seems everywhere I look is 650 accessories and the 250 simply isnt supported!
