Nice...It's just an after-the-fact bonus and hardly a main reason for the purchase. I'll have to disagree with you on the performance aspect as the Mac G4 rates up there with super computers. Especially with image rendering, digital video and graphics, Apple is still the choice over WinDoze boxes. For instance, Intel chose an all-Mac ad agency to create the TV commercials with the funky guys in pastel-colored nuclear waste cleanup suits. It's a well known fact that most graphics and video pros still choose Mac. Also, Apple machines always came standard with faster buses like the SCSI variants and now FireWire, not the lame parallel interface of PCs. Furthermore, from an asthetic point, the Apple machines have much better styling, fit and finish than any PC, especially one that was pieced together from sub-standard parts in one's own basement. Lastly, my 3 year old is computer proficient with the Mac, and my 7 year old knows how to troubleshoot software and has mastered the OS. Mark B2 A2
