Hey Bum, Tough luck. No, I would not give him a second chance. Not because he made a human mistake and assembled the bike wrong. But, because; 1. He didn't check his work/test ride the bike after he put the new tires on (he would have found his mistake) 2. He ripped you off for $80 to change tires. There are *parts changers* and *mechanics*. Parts changers take your money and change parts with little or no understanding of what they are doing. Mechanics fix your bike. Best bet is to learn to do it yourself. Knot, ex-parts changer
