Yes. Remove the entire sub-fender on which the tag and tag light is mounted
(I cut mine with a Dremel tool and cutting wheel) and mount the tag on the
rear fender directly under the taillight. Not totally legal as there is
technically no tag light, but any reasonable cop would see the taillight
itself provided illumination. WV tags are reflective anyway and light up at
night when a light (from a vehicle behind) shines on them. Drill a couple of
holes for the tag bracket, another couple of holes near the bottom of the
fender for rubber nubs so the tag doesn't vibrate. Looks pretty good, too.

I have the HJC LT-12 and have no complaints with it. It has great ventilation and is very comfortable. I have to admit though, I don't have much to compare it to, I just know that for the money, it was the best fitting and best deal I found on a SNELL and DOT approved helmet. Mine is Hi Heat black instead of the Hi Viz Yellow.
