John... this sounds like the trip of a life-time. Could I suggest
something? Rather than "unsubscribe" from the list when the time comes, set
your subscription to "web only". While you said that you check your mail
infrequently while on the road, when you "do" check it you could log onto
the DSN_klr650 site at eGroups and give us a few brief trip reports. We
love this stuff!
No pressure - but keep it in mind when the time comes.
Cheers,
Arne

I met a guy that was heading to Alaska on his KLR from Prosser, WA. I'm not
sure when he is leaving. His name I think is Mike Magiuar ??? , MD. His
KLR was totally torn down for a complete inspection. He came down to my
house so he could take his picture sitting on my bike for his custom seat.
I got to test ride his ST1100 (smoooooth!). Anyway, he lives in Eastern
WA, and he's heading up there soon.

Whoahh!!! What's up with Kurt? He's lookin' dead sexy with that longer
hair, distinguished goatie, and reduced waistline! lol
Wish I was there.. =-(
