[dsn_klr650] gas mileage

Sorry Chris. I couldn't resist the pun. I think I've heard all the jokes,
both clean and dirty, that can be made about my name too.
Technically, you are correct. If there is anything in the fuel other than
pure gasoline (Now there's an oxymoron for you.) the mass flow of the
combustible fuel is reduced. However, I don't think you'll find that the
mass fraction of oxygen in any liquid fuel is enough to reduce gasoline mass
flow in any significant way.

Why are their no reviews/shootouts done with the KLR involved? You'd
think that some mag would have a field day doing a review of the Olive
colored KLR using the USMC angle.
The above mentioned mag actually did a comparison between the DR-Z400S &
F650GS. I can understand why (one dual-sport extreme to the other), but don't
like it much. The mighty KLR deserves a spot in there.
