What are the legalities of this public land closure. I mean, do you get fined if you're on the land that has been closed? Is it just closed to vehicles, but not people? How does this work? If so, then do police/feds patrol it to make sure nobody is on the land? -Brian Shepard Philadelphia PA A13 which performed awesomely this past Memorial Day weekend. This bike ROCKS!
