Hi eroads, Thanks for responding so quickly. I don't have a torque wrench yet, so I was asking torque spec to get an idea of frame tube strength for educated guess-torqueing. Will the tube dent or crack? (so that I know when to stop tightening) 8^O Thanks Again, Eric A13L PS-for a name, I'm thinking "Moma's Nightmare" or "Beef" or "Girlfriend" or [it moves out faster than an] "Angry Girl" PPS-maybe winner of the Moab tire change contest could name it something? eroads responds: ======== I'm sure there's a torque and maybe someone will give you an idea but it's likely to be at the very low end of most torque wrenches. I'd suggest you just get it good and snug with a regular open-end (box end) wrench and definitely use the locktite.
