[dsn_klr650] running out of gas
I can run my KLR about 20 miles into reserve before running out of gas. Then
it takes 5 gallons to fill it up again. So yes, you will hit reserve with a
gallon to go and part of that gallon is unaccessible by normal means, it's
trapped in the right hand side of the tank. My math may not be exact, but I
think you get the picture. Skip has a fuel tank mod, I'll let someone else
tell you about it.
Thanks,
Conall

fuel tank mod workshop
I'm with John. Maybe we can convince Skip to post the mod here as
well for those of us who can't make it but are still interested. A
couple of photos (if needed) would be great as well.
Cheers,
D.
