[dsn_klr650] lost screws/toolbox

Dale, wasn't me - but I also (nearly lost) my toolbox - the bolt dropped out and
the only reason I noticed, is because I happened to be going downhill the toolbox
started smacking me in the back - I reamed out the drain holes and used a strap-tie
through both and under the fender
- as well as replacing the bolt. Works well.
