[dsn_klr650]balancer chain tensioner

HHMM... I have my magneto cover off still. I adjusted the balancer chain
tensioner and found that the spring wasn't even engaged in the range that
the adjustment plate was.
Should I pull on the plate until the spring gets tight or should I push the
plate in the oposite direction? I figured the later, but just checking
before I button things up.
