slime and tubes

Post by carmic7@aol.com » Mon May 08, 2000 9:44 pm

HELLO list I was just wondering what to expect when I put slime into my tire tubes, is it worth it? a heavy duty tube won't stop a stab wound from ruining a ride also: I am still waiting for my Dualstar wrenches and I told them, just make them for me out of chrome moly, screw the stainless, I need the wrenches. is there a MAC-D wrench set in the near future?

After doing some lookin' around I recently bought the Kerr coat and pants. The coat looked really good for $200, then when the counterman said they had a special going and the pants were included at the same price I was sold. Not quite as deluxe as the Kili but alot nicer stuff than the Rocket. Pads- arms, shins, knees, spine. Zip out full sleeve liner, also removable liner in the pants, waterproof/breathable. Made for Kerr leathers in Pakistan, I guess I'll have to live with that, but I'm riding a metricbike so oh well. Purchased at Bent Bike in Lynwood WA. They had quite a few left and I am very satisfied so far. wileyE A6,XR,GS,MXZ,H'mark Hey doc, sorry if you got my last post, doh!
