more yr round-cortech?

Thanks to all who responded to my questions about the 'L' model and
what to look for on used KLR's.
Since the year round clothing question is up...I'm in FL and I won't
be buying the bike till Fall. (Winter riding is a can do , but don't
be fooled, it still gets pretty cold here, just not as long.) So,
I'm planning on buying Cortech pants an 3/4 jacket to get me through
the winter (+capilene, highly recommended- pricey, but great stuff). I
examined and tried them on at a well stocked store while in Denver
last month and really liked it, plus I read the recent 'goin for a
tumble' testimonial.
To anyone who owns: will the Cortech be cool at all in 80, 90, 100
degree summer FL heat with liner out and vents open and cuffs loose,
or will I need the much lighter version for hot weather? It won't be
too much of a prob. since I'll have several months to save up for
cooler gear, but I'd rather be spending the $$ on luggage and camping
gear.
Still cringe every time I see a guy on a crotch rocket with tank top
and gym shorts. He's got his helmet though so he's safe right...
