Hello all I used 2/3 of a tube filling up my handlebars and then reinstalled my woodspro handguards, so my guess is that the kaulk will never dry is that a bad thing ? can you picture me riding 60 mph down the highway with tremendous strings of white stocky goo hanging from my barends? we'll see how well it worked this sunday -neil

You can expect that whenever you go riding on a hot day, and stop and put your bike on the sidestand, you will return to a small pile of goo either on your gas tank, or on the ground (you will step in this of course). You may ask me how I know this. I tried this stuff, used the stuff that everyone recommended. Only after filling the handlebars did it dawn on me that this stuff would never cure. There is a cure though. Go to Home Depot or whatever, and get some foam insulation sleeves for water pipes. Cut this stuff up, and start forcing it into your handlebars, keep adding until it comes out the other end. You now have foam in your handlebars, but I don't have any problems with the foam in mine, and I don't leave piles of white schtuff wherever I go.
